GR to the Country House Rescue
We’ve launched a brand new website, designed, written and built on our content management system for a rural Arts and Crafts style holiday home that was featured on Channel 4’s Country House Rescue. We were so inspired by the story of Caroline and Adrian Goodall’s determination to succeed in restoring the historic Black Clauchrie house in Scotland, we got in touch and offered our help.
Having completely redesigned and rebuilt the site, it was launched in the build up to the broadcast of a follow-up Channel 4 show, which saw hotelier Ruth Watson revisit the Goodall’s for a progress update in late Autumn last year.
On the night of the show, the site received over 3,500 visits and it’s already had nearly 10,000 visits in the first two months after launch. More importantly the site become a major part of Black Clauchrie’s marketing strategy and is already helping to raise the profile of the house and generate increases in bookings.
