We were recently appointed by NBS, the commercial arm of the Royal Institute of British Architects, to bring a major new product to market – NBS Create.
We went on to take a key role in reviewing and defining the NBS brand, which was led by their London brand agency. Our input resulted in us being appointed as the sole agency working on implementation of the brand refresh.
As a result, we have been instrumental in the launch of an industry-changing product. This involved establishing strategic and tactical communication plans for each of their target audiences, developing and implementing the brand identity, generating campaign concepts and producing online and offline collateral necessary for the launch and beyond.
Alongside the external launch internal campaigns have been created to communicate the new NBS brand and its distinctive personality and characteristics to staff in London and Newcastle offices.
