No place like home for new recruits

GR has strengthened its existing team of 29 with three experienced hires who have all gained experience in London.

In his new role as Project Director at Gardiner Richardson, Mike Wood, 36 is drawing on his previous London experience where he was based for over 10 years working at global integrated creative agencies JWT and TEQUILA on clients such as Nokia, HSBC, Canon, Sky, Haagen Dazs and Adidas. In his current role, Mike is working across a similarly diverse portfolio of clients – Penn State, Crutes, 1NG, OSG and Business Link.

Following a three year stint in London, Lisa Ingledew, 27 has recently returned to her North Eastern roots. Lisa brings with her a breadth of experience from working at M&C Saatchi and consumer PR agencies, Launch Group and Salt as an account manager, looking after clients including Wickes, Nat West, Dove, Jameson Whiskey, Butlins and Department of Health. At Gardiner Richardson, Lisa works across a varied portfolio of clients from Northumberland Tourism to Yuill Homes and Business and Enterprise North East.

Gino Di Meo’s career also took him to London for a couple of years where he worked as an in-house designer at the Department for Work and Pensions. Originally from Blackpool, Gino, 33 could no longer resist the pull of the North.

After working for four years at another local agency, he joins Gardiner Richardson as a senior designer working on identity and design projects, as well as creating campaign concepts and art direction.

We welcome them all on board.
