Ready Steady Cook
We’re working with the School Food Trust to promote the Let’s Get Cooking BIG Cookathon right across the entire country.
The Cookathon aims to get as many people from local communities cooking a healthy dish together on the same day – and the School Food Trust has enlisted our help to make the 2011 event on Tuesday 5th April event bigger and better than ever.
More than 50,000 people are expected to take part in around 200 large scale community cooking events across the nation, and we’re working with celebrities and well known chefs to support us and urge people to get involved with their local Let’s Get Cooking Club event.
Let’s Get Cooking is led by the School Food Trust and supported by a £20million grant from the Big Lottery Fund. For more information visit www.letsgetcooking.org.uk.
