The Eccentric English Tea Party
One autumn afternoon, the women of Gardiner Richardson transformed a cafe in Gosforth into a 50’s tearoom for a few hours as they held The Eccentric English Tea Party at the Town House Hotel, Gosforth in aid of Cancer Research.
Vintage attire such as pearls, fascinators, satin gloves and top hats were worn as the tea party got into full swing.
Entertainment included tea tasting and vintage hair styling and make up by Savannah Salon and Spa all to the tune of 50’s hits.
The Eccentric English Tea party raised over £600 for Cancer Research UK and is grateful to its supporters, The Townhouse Hotel, Savannah Salon & Spa, Potts and all the raffle prize providers – for which there are too many to mention.
