There's no doubt that life is better lived together.
Isos is one of the largest social housing providers in Northern England.
We have worked with Isos since the creation of the brand in 2007. We have developed a brand strategy that has support the company’s short as well as long-term business strategy. This has involved intensive engagement across all levels of the business to help define, articulate and implement the brand personality and core purpose.
We were entrusted with evolving the Isos Housing identity system, which we did by utilising engaging illustrations to reflect their unique personality. We also created a set of brand guidelines to ensure consistency across the newly formed Group.
We’ve created the perfect environment for the Isos characters and genuinely brought the brand story to life through a welcoming work space for both staff and customers.
And for their new website, Isos required strategic guidance to support them in creating a site which functioned as a community hub, met their business and customer needs and provided a vital transactional tool, critical for ongoing success.
Through a series of interviews and workshops with both residents and the senior management team at Isos, we helped map the customer journey and user experience before designing and building a content rich, responsive site www.isoshousing.co.uk.
Our ongoing relationship with Isos reflects the key strategic role we play within the branding and communications function.
“I've always found GR a really well balanced team of people to work with. Great designers, provocative thinkers who will challenge us to think differently about what we do and energetic doers who will get the job done on time and often against the odds.
You're always prepared as a business to get under the skin of who we are and what we do. You now have a great wealth of experience and what you create is something that really does feel as if it belongs to us.
You're incredibly nice intelligent people who we enjoy being with, sharing our business intelligence with and our sometimes rather more amorphous dreams for the future. Yet still you're there when we need you to give us the benefit of your professional wisdom.”
