What I do
My job is to get to know clients and their teams inside out, reading between the lines of what they're talking about to find out what they really want to say and digging into the language they use to uncover the heart of what they mean, rather than what they do. I then like to talk about what I've learnt extensively with the writing and design teams to turn out meaningful work that has the potential to change the way a company shows up in the world.
Why I do it
I am unhappy if I can't be creative and happy if I have a varied and busy day. I love coming up with new ideas and think it is a privilege to have the opportunity to tell purposeful and relatable stories. I like being around people (most of the time...) and thrive on the power of shared conversations.
