We are a creative agency set up in 1998 by Lucy Gardiner and Darren Richardson who shared a vision of a new approach to helping organisations build their brands by creating conversations, establishing connections and building relationships.

That vision remains as strong today as it was then - we believe in removing the traditional boundaries that often exist between different ways of communicating. It's about understanding the big picture, being able to see clearly what needs to be done and knowing exactly how to get it done. We think that's what all our clients should expect.

So we have teams with skills and experience in PR, design, digital media and advertising, but what we don't do is put them in separate boxes. We have one studio and one team, working together with one aim - to make a lasting impact and a real contribution to the organisations we work with.

Now fast approaching 10 years in business we currently employ over 30 people, all based at Generator Studios in the centre of Newcastle.
